Week 6 it is and on deck is Minor League Baseball.  The Toledo Mud Hens (What a great baseball name!) visit the beautiful minor league G-Braves on Saturday, May 14th @ 7:30pm.  See many future major leaguers and prospects in the confort of Cool Ray Field in Buford, GA.  Saturday is Piggy Bank night and the first 2,500 fans get a free piggy bank!

If you are feeling a little chipper, there is a 5k walk before the game and all participants receive two free tickets for walking.

Who doesn't like a good rivalry game?!   The University of Georgia and Georgia Tech face off in a grudge match at Turner Field on April 26th @ 7:00pm.  This is always a great game featuring two top 25 college baseball teams.

Both teams have had several player go on to play in the big leagues and tickets to this game are only around $5.

Week 3 of 52 - Georgia Tech "T-Day"

Those of you that can't wait for football to start this fall can get a quick fix with a little spring football.  Georgia Tech will be hosting its "T-Day" Spring Game @ 12:00pm on April 23rd.  Stroll up for a little football action, sit in a section with a good view of midtown, and pay no admission!

Spring football is always a fun time to see the campus and a stroll down Techwood Drive will be a good area for tailgaters.

Week 2 of 52 - Playoffs in the Highlight Factory

Game 4 - Orlando Magic @ Atlanta Hawks

The "Highlight Factory" will be the place to be tomorrow night.  The Magic visit the Hawks on April 18th in what is a critical playoff game for both teams.  I have made a couple trips to see playoff games in Philips Arena and its awesome.  Best of all, you can get a good seat for $20!  Worth every single penny!

Best bet before the game is Taco Mac for dinner and a beer.  After that, walk right into the area via the customer only gate next to the bar.

Where else could this possibly start but Turner Field in Atlanta?

Catch the game against the New York Mets on Friday April 15 @ 7:30PM and stay for the postgame fireworks show.  This early in the season, the weather will be awesome and good tickets can be had for $5 or $10.  Don't miss the tailgates in the blue lot!
